Scholarship

Academics are an essential part of any Wildcat's life, and we work hard to accommodate that. Internally, we emphasize academic achievement by setting a quarterly GPA goal of 3.6, and recognize sisters who have achieved that goal. In Spring 2017, our sorority achieved the highest GPA among the Multicultural Greek Council, and the highest cumulative GPA across all councils. We were recognized for our academic achievement at National Convention 2017, where we received the Academic Achievement Ray.
In addition, we host various educational events throughout the school year. Apart from having internal and external study hours, we have hosted workshops. These workshops vary in topic and can range from Photoshop skills to computer-aided design software. We also support academic achievement in our sisters and the community through our annual Athena Scholarship, established in 2016. This scholarship is dedicated to women on the Northwestern campus who demonstrate exceptional academic success and leadership qualities. One sister and one undergraduate women are selected for the scholarship. The Athena Scholarship has been followed by the Athena Scholarship Banquet, established in 2017, to celebrate the strong women on our campus and the recipients of the Athena Scholarship.
